Hope Church Tablecloth Procedures
To Reserve Tablecloths:
1.Check the list on the door of the table cloth closet for the exact number, color, and size that you need.
2.Call or email Diane MacLachlan (513.459.0800 ext. 310 or adults@hopemason.org) and leave a detailed message with your needs. The tablecloths will be cataloged and checked out in your name.
3.Your table cloths will be available hanging on the coat rack by the church offices with your name on them for you to pick up on the designated day. (Please keep track of hangers.)
To Return Tablecloths:
1.Tablecloths MUST be washed after use and before return.
2. Place clean tablecloths back on hangers and hang them on the coat rack by the church offices with your name and the number of tablecloths being returned. It is your responsibility to return all borrowed tablecloths, so please keep track of them if you have divvied them out to others to help launder.
**DO NOT REMOVE OR RETURN TABLECLOTHS DIRECTLY TO THE CLOSET**
