Update on the Pastoral Search Process, March 2008

It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that the elder board and pastoral staff present to you our candidate for the position of Senior Pastor of Hope Church.
Stephen Kirk is a strong Godly man, passionate about the gospel of Christ and His transforming power in the lives of all people. We feel truly blessed that God has brought this man to us at this time.
Please read the following biographical information to get a snap-shot of who this candidate is, a taste of his personality, and a look at where he has been. This information has been pulled from his resume and pastoral questionnaire that he completed in the application process. Additionally, please visit the web site www.covenantpres.org and click on the “Sermons” link to listen to many of Stephen’s messages.
With this bio, and the web site access, you should be able to attend next Sunday, March 16th, fully informed and prepared hear Stephen preach live and to cast your vote concerning the affirmation of this candidate. Following the second service there will be a reception in fellowship hall to greet Stephen and his family.
If you are a member of Hope Church but will be unable to attend the Sunday services on March 16th to hear Stephen speak, please pick up an Absentee Ballot, including a return envelope, on the Information Table in the lobby by the front doors. All ballots must be returned no later than Sunday morning, March 16th, in order to be counted.
